| Hello everyone! We are looking for the best tenants EVER for our fully furnished, newly renovated 1-bed, 1-bath condo with a balcony for rent starting June 1st. Dates and length of term can be flexible for the right people! If you are a mature, responsible, respectful and honest individual, if you take pride in your living space, and if you are a non-smoker with no pets, this might be a good fit for you! Fully furnished: we do mean fully! It comes with everything you see in the pictures plus all kitchenware so it’s ready for you to wheel in your suitcase and make yourself at home! Newly renovated: top-to-bottom renos were completed in 2023 and you will be the first tenants to enjoy all of the brand-new, top-of-the-line furniture and features. No pets: we love ‘em but the condo board does not allow them. It’s important to us that our tenants are good neighbours and respect and follow all of the condo bylaws. The deets: the condo is on the top floor of a small, quiet building up on the ski hill (yes, it is ski-in/ski-out!). You would have access to all of the building amenities: pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, tennis court, shared common areas and BBQs, and shared coin laundry. Rent is $1,800/month which includes all utilities, cable television and Wi-Fi, and a small ski storage locker as well as parking and secure bike racks in the condo parking lot.
