| Looking for a roommate in bright, spacious townhouse. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Puntledge River Park in Courtenay. Close to downtown Courtenay, easy access to Cumberland and Comox (10-15min each). 3-bedroom, 3-story house with 3.5 bathrooms! One of us works away most months of the year, so you'll usually be sharing space with only 1 other person (who is exceptionally clean, quiet, and respectful). Fully furnished, brand new bedroom furniture Washer/dryer on upper floor Space for home office Plentiful storage (i.e. entire basement) 1 parking spot in garage or driveway Outdoor patio, green space, BBQ $1200, all utilities included (heat, water, electricity, internet) Unfortunately, no pets due to allergies.
