Room has a double bed, closet, large dresser filing cabinet with keys and compact refrigerator. Furniture being added or removed isnt a problem. We have two fridges in the kitchen so lots of space. Utilities included (wifi, electricity, water, heat). No cable or phone. Washer and dryer is shared in unit. Top floor corner unit which means almost zero noise from neighbors. No smoking in building or on balconies. What we are looking for is a quiet full time working professional or student. No parties, no gatherings. No illegal drugs and no smoking. No excessive legal drug use. Must be considerate and clean. We have a young child so finding someone who fits in with a family environment is critical. |
