| Private room for sublet in Gordon Head area. May 1st - August 30th. Extension possible into new school year after. Upper floor of house with tons of natural light. Fully furnished room, living room and kitchen stocked with all appliances and spices/baking supplies free to use. Communal use of: living room TV, balcony for gardening, and petting the cute dog Molly. She is a very small Yorkie who does not bark or shed. She just likes cuddles. Is taken care of by another roommate. Room comes with double/queen bed, desk, shelves, dresser and spacious closet. Bathroom for the room is shared and has a full sized tub. 10 minute walk to campus and bus station, a 5 minute walk to beaches, and 20 minute walk to grocery stores. (absolute amazing location) Rent is $875 a month plus utilities. In the summer utilities are super cheap though, usually about $30-$40 a month for internet, heating and water.
