| Hi, we are offering for rent a private bedroom in a great one-of-a-kind house that has a great view of the Burrard Inlet. Located where Hastings meets Barnett Highway Great sunsets Large balcony Full access to living room Laundry Wifi It’s a nice combo of a spacious property with a large yard and privacy from neighbours, while being within a few minutes from shops and grocery store. Located by Bayview and Braeside , you are just a few minutes walk from Hastings and Sperling . The R5 bus is very close by to get you heading East or West The room is 9’ x 12’ , a good size. We have another room where you can also store a few of your things. You would be living with two awesome guys - in early 30s. We are fun, respectful and easy to get along with The kitchen is full of standard appliances , coffee maker and microwave. There is also free laundry. BBQ as well We highly prefer a non-smoker ( no cigarettes) and want no 420 smoking in the room. The bedroom includes a dresser. If you are looking for a chill place with positive vibes, let’s talk.
