It is suitable for someone who works outside the home and mainly needs the suite to rest. The microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes are available to use and is ideal for someone who does not like cooking. Government issued picture ID, one or two references and half a rent security deposit are required. It is rented to one person only (no couple please). Minimum three months rental. The house is located minutes walk to Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center, food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus 45 minutes bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus.
