| I have a clean, quiet room for rent in Whitecourt available May-1-2024. The house is located close to Millar Western, the golf course, downtown, and steps away from Rotary Park. Comes with a Queen size bed and bedding, hardwood floors(Bamboo which is really nice on the feet), triple-sealed windows, and a locked solid core door (these keep the room as quiet and secure as possible). The room also includes a small work desk, a chest of drawers, a clothes closet, and a room-darkening shade. There is also a 44-inch Roku t.v. that can be used for streaming Netflix or Amazon this t.v. also has a bunch of free entertainment as well. The house has Central Air which will be super nice as it can get crazy hot here in the summer. There is a huge deck used by all the tenants with designated smoking areas. Also, included in every room in the house are smoke detectors and carbon dioxide alarms. (Two separate units) The kitchen has a working Fire extinguisher as well as a smoke detector. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven that can be divided in half to create a double oven and just about everything else you need to create your meals. There is a 55-inch Roku TV in the living room with a Shaw Satellite subscription with Sports Net, Global Channels, and Showcase just to name a few( the Roku TV also allows you to stream your favorite shows or streaming platforms ), a dining room table, nicely appointed bathroom with rainfall showerhead (shared with two other tenants), washer and dryer(including a folding table) On-site parking, internet and a small workout area are also included with the room. Smoking is allowed either on the deck or in designated areas around the outside of the house. The house's common areas are cleaned every week. (Bathrooms, Kitchen, and living room) Here is what is not included.....animals of any kind(I love them but they bark or scratch, so no pets allowed)….screaming babies or children(I'm unmarried and have no plans to adopt)….parties, or loud music...And finally- Me... I have my own place elsewhere and really try to stay out of your life and space.
