Smoking is only permitted outside. 8f you go into the first basement, it is a large living room and projector room. There is also another shared bathroom and laundry room here. The lowest level is a bedroom and living room that is already rented out. This house is meant to be like a chill hostel, where everyone's respectful and taking care of their own messes. We will be having a janitorial professional come in every 30 to 60 days to help with common areas. We are really relaxed and just ask for respect and no drama or issues.
