Access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. If furnishings are required, this can be accommodated, but add $100 per month. Must be okay with cats! (3 currently live inside the home). Prefer LGBTQ2SIA tenant(s). Currently all occupants are. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms are being rented to avoid overcrowding. One bedroom is designated as an office/studio area. LOTS of on site parking, including double detatched, heated garage. Kitchen, laundry, family room are all common use areas. Non-smoking throughout the home (although, 420 ok in garage). Walking distance to town center (all commercial areas are as well) & George Lane park. House rules: No starting laundry between 11 pm and 7 am. Likewise, no cooking past 11 pm. Not a child friendly home. Current tenants are non partying and non-drinking. Shared household cleaning duties including kitchen cleanup, lawn maintenance, walk shoveling, and floor cleaning.
