Only 1 RV permitted on a lot. Resort has a playground, horseshoe pits and a new dock with benches. The lake is a bird sanctuary which only allows canoes and kayaks, no motorized boats are allowed. There is an active social committee which organizes many activities throughout the summer. The lake is not usable for swimming however Wabamum Beach is only 15 minutes away. We are surrounded by approximately 7 golf courses. THERE ARE NO ATVS OR SNOW MACHINES ALLOWED IN THE PARK. Condo fees are currently $1,200 a year which pays for the park caretaker, power distribution, 3 septic tank dumps per season, insurance for common areas, maintenance of roads, park and other common areas.
