This apartment building is centrally located at [phone removed] A Ave at the Eastern end of downtown with the Library, Winspear, Art Gallery of Alberta etc. only steps away. This building has a walk score of 94 and the Churchill LRT station is a few minutes walk away. The farmers market is around the corner every weekend. River Valley trails are only a 5 minute walk away. The building has an onsite caretaker to take care of everyday concerns. Commercial grade coin laundry is available for two dollars per wash and two dollars per dry cycle. In terms of the building layout, there are two bathrooms and one kitchen on each floor which are shared commonly between 5 other tenants. Your own suite will have it's own lock and key for privacy. Suite will come semi-furnished as needed or you may move your own furniture in. I can provide free of charge, a desk and chair, clothing rack, & twin bed frame with mattress . In terms of a lease, I do not require one but I do require notice of vacating at least 30 days before vacating. Rooms are for single occupancy only, no couples. Smoking outdoors only.
