| Single mother with 5 children are in need of a decent 5 or 6 bedroom house. The house they are currently occupying has had a severe water leak and the basement bedroom and bathroom are uninhabitable. The owner wants to sell and not interested in repairing anything. They are getting desperate and need to move asap They would like to stay in SW Edmonton preferably but open to other areas. Please, if you know of anything that is available for long term rental in the $2600 ballpark they would be very greatful. They are nonsmokers, no pets and can provide excellent references.
