| PET FRIENDLY We are pet friendly for cats and SMALL dogs. Front yard is fenced to enhance the safety of your pets and our residents. On-site management ensures the walks are shoveled, lawns mowed, laundry room, hallways and stairwells clean for your comfort. Laundry machines are well maintained. NON-SMOKING / NON VAPING and LOW FRAGRANCE So, if you are a NON-SMOKER with a SMALL dog and/or cat and a quiet, hard-working type, please email with your phone number and tell us what you are looking for in a home and why you think you would be a good fit for our building. Because a few people in the building have allergies, we TRY to maintain low fragrance in the common areas, however, some of our cleaning supplies do have a smell which dissipates quickly. Understandably, it's not 100% allergy free. We discourage perfumes, candles, incense and other odor emitting items so people with allergies can be well. HARD WORKING Your neighbours are hard-working types - quiet and respectful. If you like to party, you need to apply at another building. As early as 9 or 10 pm., our building is quieted down as many of our residents get up very early for work. We have shift workers and night workers in the building, so we tend to also be pretty quiet during the day as well. We are a Mom and Pop building - not corporate, We strive for a courteous and friendly atmosphere. |
