| ISO rental in southeast, south west or far west Lewis farms/grange areas. Must be dog friendly as we have 2 medium sized dogs that are 9 years old, kennel trained and never left unattended. It is for myself, fiancé and toddler. I have excellent credit, we are professional adults with stable careers and incomes. I am not looking for main floor/basement or apartments. Preference given to duplexes or homes with private yards, even if they are small. Main floors with more than 1 story are also ok. I am willing to sign a lease that is longer than 1 year, and pay 2-3 months rent plus all deposits up front , for the right home. We are looking to ideally stay below 2000 before utilities.
