Top floor of house in albert park. 2 blocks from ctrain. 10 min ride downtown. Room isn't furnished. House is fully furnished and there is some storage in the garage Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi and I have multiple streaming services. There is a bbq and fire pit in the back. I'm clean and quiet, socialize on the weekends. Occasionally have friends over for a bbq or fire in the summer. Non smoking house. Will need help with shoveling and cutting the lawn.
