I have two bedrooms for rent in a shared single storey 1000 sq ft home in Rosemont. -Bedrooms are unfurnished, side by side, and each one measures about 100 sq ft. -one shared bathroom -dining room/living room is semi-furnished, with room to add some of your furniture, if desired. -hardwood floors, new kitchen cupboards and appliances, bright and open -rent includes utilities and internet -private back yard -free street parking -shared laundry with basement tenant I'm an artist and chef and I work from home. The house is no smoking or drugs, including cannabis. I don't drink alcohol. I'm in my 40s and I'm looking to share the space with someone who appreciates a clean, attractive home, and who is also interested in a community vibe and wants to share communal areas. There is an intentional community down the street from me with shared meals, movie nights, etc. and you would be most welcome to attend their gatherings. Sorry, no pets. (I love pets but I have allergies.) I would consider renting only one of the bedrooms for $900 per month.
