| Available April 15. Female tenant only. Seeking a friendly, very tidy, and professional tenant in her 20’s or 30’s to share a newly-built home in Livingston. Minimum 3-month lease then month-to-month. All utilities included. You'll share the top two floors (3 bed, 2.5 bath) with me, a 35-year-old woman working as a marketing manager. There is a tenant who resides in the basement (1 bed, 1 bath), that does not have a separate entrance, so she accesses the home through the main floor, but does not share the top two floors with us. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed/memory foam mattress, side tables, a desk, TV, streaming device with free access to Crave, Apple TV+, and Amazon Prime TV+, a closet, and your own 3-piece bathroom, although guests may use it from time to time, but rarely. I don't have a pet at the moment, but I do take care of my friend's pets and I board dogs/cats from Rover as well. Garage parking is available for $50/month. Rental insurance and a 1-month damage deposit is required. Rent covers all utilities, except for cable, including water, heat, electricity, gas, and high-speed, unlimited internet access. Conveniently located about 20 minutes from UofC, less than 25 minutes to downtown in good traffic, a 15-minute drive to the Crowfoot LRT station, and within 10 minutes of Crossiron Mall, gyms, airport, Costco, and Airdrie. The community offers abundant green spaces, paved walking paths, and exclusive access to a Homeowners Association featuring a splash park, tennis court, skating rink, and an indoor basketball court. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples or anyone with a child.
