| Thank you for taking the time to read my ad! I am renting out a fully furnished bedroom in my home in the beautiful city of Calgary in the SW end of the city. Bedroom includes a brand new comfortable and luxurious queen size bed along with one or two desks and an office chair ( great for studying or work) and closet. linens are optional! You will have access to a shared spacious 3-piece bathroom, a beautiful shared kitchen where you are free to cook meals, fridge and pantry are shared as well. Cutlery, cooking utensils, glass wear and plates are all included for your use, a spacious shared living room on the main floor, fenced backyard, washing machine and dryer located on main floor. The house is located in a cul de sac so you will have street parking right out front of the house. If you have anything that you need to put in storge we can work that out for a fee. This rental will be a shared accommodation with my mother and i, both of us are working professionals. With that being said we are looking for a professional working female only. ( No partying. no smoking inside, no vaping inside, no pets, company limited). This rental is less then 50 feet walking distance to city transit (very close). City C-train is a 7 minute drive from the front door, sobeys, safeway and no frills grocery stores, starbucks, tim hortons, gas stations, banks, medical clinics, dental offices etc within 3 kms. 15 minute drive to downtown Calgary, minutes away from accessing stoney trail and 16th avenue west. If you like walking and nature, there's tons of paved paths both through the forest or staying residential close to roads. this home is very central for your every day needs! Rent is to be paid on the first of the month, 6 month minimum lease is preferred, damage deposit will be the same as rent. Utilities included.
