I am renting 2 basement bedroom self contained in a two-story duplex house in the close proximity to the Calgary Airport and Univeristy of Calgary.Basement is fully furnished with Queen sized matresses, fridge, microwave, Futon seat and well rugged floor. Literallly about 10minutes to the Airport and 15minutes to the University of Calgary in Harvest Hills and Country hills community. Includes Internet and Hydroelectric (Parking available on the street). I have grown up kids living on their own in the univerities and only comes visiting once a while and im rarely home due to work demands. Rent is either month to month or 6 months contract depending on what we both agree on, so you can leave with only a 30 days notice with option of month to month but rents may be increased with 30 days notice. However, contract of 6 months means rent is fixed for the whole six months. Rents include internet while electricity will be mutually discussed in the agreement depending on how economical your usage on free use for first month. As seen in the picture, this house is accessible to so many amenities, shopping mall, movies theatre, and bus routes.
