| ✨✨✨I’m in need of a roommate (preferably female)! I don’t have current pictures of the unit as the previous tenants were still living there when I went to view it and I did not want to take pictures of their things! I did find a YouTube video of the 3 bedroom version of the suite which I can attach at the bottom. The video is from 2009 but shows the general layout. I have 1 cat and 1 dog and the landlord has been so kind to say he may consider another small pet if it helps me find a suitable roommate. If you know of anyone looking to rent near Red Deer please send them my way! I am a full time working professional, I don’t smoke and I don’t party. Rent is 1100$ with all utilities included.
