| Shared accommodation available on beautiful acreage in Bearspaw, 2km north of the 1A hwy. Whole basement (shared storage areas) 1bdrm, large living space, smaller office area with LOTS of storage. Small unofficial kitchen area with full sized fridge, convection oven, microwave, and hot plate. Shared kitchen upstairs is available for larger meals and cooking needs. Shared laundry and shower/bathroom, but you have your own half bath. Long term preferred, unfortunately no pets (and NOT because I don’t want them here, we have the county limit on the property already, so MUST LOVE dogs and/or tolerate cats GREAT space for someone who travels for work (oilfield, truck driving, etc.) PREFERENCE GIVEN to someone who is capable and WILLING to assist with small projects on the property. $1500 per month includes ALL utilities and use of production areas in the barn if you’re crafty or handy! (Plus the barn has an amazing recreational area for friends or family gatherings) |
